iPhone note: older iPhones (before iOS 17) can’t open OGG files. If you get an error, try Chrome or Firefox on a computer or Android.

How to convert OGG to MP3

  1. Drop your OGG file on the box above, or tap it to choose. You can pick several files at once.
  2. MP3 is already selected. Adjust the quality if you like (192 kbps is a good default, 320 kbps for the best quality).
  3. Tap the download button next to each file. Your MP3 is saved to your Downloads folder.

OGG Vorbis and Opus are common in games, Linux apps, WhatsApp and Telegram voice messages, but many players don’t support them. Convert them to MP3 in a few seconds.

Frequently asked questions

Can I convert WhatsApp voice notes?

Yes. WhatsApp voice notes are Opus audio in an OGG file (.ogg or .opus). Save or export the note, then drop it here.

Does it work on iPhone?

Recent iPhones (iOS 17 and newer) can usually open OGG files in Safari. Older iPhones can't decode OGG at all; use a computer with Chrome or Firefox instead.

Can I convert several files at once?

Yes. Choose or drop as many files as you like. They are converted one after another and each gets its own download button.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The conversion runs inside your browser on your own device. Your audio is never sent to a server, so it works with private and unreleased recordings.

Is it really free?

Yes. No sign-up, no watermark, no daily limit. Very long files (over about an hour) may be too big for a phone's memory.
